1.2.4 Business rules for Changes to Items and GTIN Numbers in NOBB

The general rule is that if the contents of a package change (such as net weight or quantity), the package should be assigned a new GTIN number.

The table below shows examples of changes that require or do not require a change of GTIN number.

Number of F-paks changes in D- or T-pak (Create new packaging, the old packaging is discontinued)

The item's article number/supplier's item number changes
