1.2.5 Expired Items
Items that are no longer for sale by the supplier should be withdrawn from NOBB using the “Set expiry date.”
Expired items are not deleted in NOBB and can later be reactivated.
Rules for withdrawing items:
An item should be set as expired from NOBB when the supplier stops selling the item.
The expiry date date must be set at least four days in the future.
Alternative suppliers can also define a expiry date, in the same way as the original supplier.
If an item is to be expired and replaced by a new item, the field "Replaces NOBB Number" should be filled in for the new item.
If a supplier goes bankrupt or cancels their NOBB subscription, all the supplier's items should be withdrawn from NOBB using the expiry date. If another supplier takes over the rights to sell the items, Byggtjeneste can transfer the items to the new supplier.
