Legally Required Product Documentation

The legally required documentation depends on the type of product. In NOBB, there are products that have documentation requirements according to the Building Technical Regulations, Construction products (CPD/CPR), Personal protective equipment (PPE), the Product Regulation, etc. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the correct legally required documentation is available in NOBB for their customers, in the correct legal language.

Market Requirements for Product Documentation

There is documentation that is not legally required but still important for customers. This may include documentation that provides information about operation, maintenance, environmental properties, or climate accounting. We recommend that all suppliers maintain good contact with their customers to understand their expectations regarding documentation.

NOBB has many different types of documentation at the product level, which can be found under documentation types.

Company Certificates

A supplier's company certificates are also considered documentation, but this applies for the entire company. An overview of documentation types available at the company level can be found under company certificates.

Documentation about the supplier and product must be in PDF format.
