1.2.2 Changes to Item Information

It is allowed to make changes to the item information in NOBB for an existing item, as long as the changes are not caused by a physical alteration of the item.

Examples of allowed changes include improving existing content, changing the supplier's item number, uploading images and documentation, filling in properties, adding more packaging.

It is not allowed to change an existing item so that it becomes a different item with different properties. It is also not allowed to change the price unit, packaging type, or the quantity in the packaging.

Changes to packaging can be made for larger packaging (D- and T-paks) by withdrawing the existing packaging and creating new packaging with a new GTIN number. This applies, for example, if the quantity on a pallet is changed.

When do you have to create a new NOBB number?
