2.8 Media and Marketing information
What is a Product Image?
An product image is a picture of the actual item, e.g., a screw or a roofing tile. In NOBB, there are rules for the minimum quality requirements for these. A product image is required for Standard items, Composite items, and Displays in NOBB.
What is a LOGO?
A logo is an image that identifies an item or service. A logo is also known as a figurative mark, and for many businesses and items, it is also registered as a trademark. In NOBB, a logo can be linked to an item or module.
What is Product Documentation?
What is a Model?
A model is used to specify the item's model name.
What is a Series Name?
A series name is used to specify an item's series name.
What are Image Side and Angle?
Image side and angle are data fields in NOBB for images, where you can specify which side and angle the image was taken from. An example of this could be "Front – no angle." If more than one product image is linked to an item, these fields must be filled out. The values that can be chosen here are the same as those used in Trade Solution (grocery industry).
What is a Video?
Videos in NOBB are used to present an item, usage, or installation. Video files should not be uploaded to NOBB, but links to videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo can be added. This is done at the item level.
