It is not possible to change item types after the items have been approved and published on http://nobb.no.
Changing from Standard item to Special item:
One solution is to withdraw items with the wrong item type and create new items with the correct item type:

Add Expired (UTG) to the supplier’s item number and Primary text in addition to the existing text, so these can be reused for new items with the correct item type.

Create the items anew and enter the NOBB number of the discontinued item in the newly created item’s data field Replaces NOBB number.
