How to Publish an Internal Item

An internal item cannot be published to http://NOBB.no. However, if you assign it to a channel, the item will be converted into a NOBB item.

You can add the channels NOBB Total, NOBB VA/VVS, or both (depending on the supplier’s subscription type).
Channel assignment is done within the individual item, under Item Details.

When an item is added to the NOBB VA/VVS channel, it will be assigned an NRF number.

Bulk Update Option

It is possible to assign channels to multiple items at once in a single operation. This is done from the menu: Items → Internal items

1. Search for the items you want to update

2. Select the items

3. Click the Add channel button (on the toolbar at the top of the screen)

4. In the dialog box that appears, select the channel(s) to assign to the items

5. Click OK

Validation Rules

When an internal item is assigned to a channel, the validation rules for that channel become active.
Errors and issues will be shown as validation errors, and the item cannot be published until these errors are corrected.
