This view shows all items where you are listed as an alternative supplier with status New or Active, and which are ready for publishing.

Status New means the item was newly created by the alternative supplier.

Status Active means the item has been updated.
The following fields can be changed:

Your item number (your company’s item number)

Orderable and Stocked (Yes or No) – must be set for all packaging levels

Product image – alternative suppliers can upload their own product images
To publish (approve) alternative supplier items, select the items and click the Publish button. The items will be published (approved) automatically.
