1.8.3 Valid Characters

For text fields in NOBB, there are restrictions on which characters are allowed. Below is an overview of valid characters in NOBB:

  • Uppercase letters from the Norwegian alphabet: A-Z, Æ, Ø, Å, Ö, and Ä

  • Lowercase letters from the Norwegian alphabet: a-z, æ, ø, å, ö, and ä

  • Numbers: 0-9

  • Special characters: !=%&´()*?,-.<>°+/"

  • The common space character
