ECOproduct in NOBB.no

ECOproduct users on http://NOBB.no are users who previously used ECOproduct via Byggeportalen.

When you log in with your subscription, you will see an additional option: ECOproduct, which includes a start page with a quick search/advanced search and general information about ECOproduct — similar to what was previously available in Byggeportalen.

Quick Search and Advanced Search

Through quick search, you can search by the following fields:

• Assessment ID

• Supplier Name

• Item Group

• Generic Item

• Building Part

• Item Name

Advanced search provides the following options:

• Assessment Date

• Supplier

• Item Group

• BREEAM-NOR Version

• BREEAM-NOR Category

• ECOproduct Version

(For example, you can search for all assessments that meet BREEAM-NOR 6.1, category Mat02, using ECOproduct method 5.3, for the supplier Tarkett AS).

Search Results

The search result format is familiar and improved from ECOproduct in Byggeportalen.

The list shows the item name, along with the achieved color codes for the various assessment categories.

You can also download the certificate directly from here.
(If you want to download the EPD used in the assessment, you must click into the assessment itself.)

All category columns are sortable:

• Resource Use

• Energy

Viewing Assessments

When clicking an assessment from the search results, you are taken to the standard view for assessments.

The view is transferred from Byggeportalen and enhanced so that important information is more visible. Additional information lines have been added to give the end-user better context about the assessment.

Key elements:

• Core Information: Includes item details, assessment basis, reference values

• Mouseover Info for BREEAM-NOR: Instead of static text taking up space, hovering the mouse over the BREEAM-NOR symbol shows what has been achieved regarding BREEAM-NOR

• Previous Versions: New versions of assessments are created at the turn of the year, when new ECOproduct methods are introduced, or due to manual corrections/updates. The bubbles are links to previous versions of the assessment

• EPD and Certificate: Links to the EPD file and Certificate (PDF format)

• Link to Items in NOBB: If an assessment is linked to items in NOBB, a link is shown. Clicking it opens a search result in http://NOBB.no displaying the related items

• Item Assessment: An overview of the categories assessed, with numeric scores and color background. The combination determines if the item fulfills BREEAM requirements (white, green, or red)
