Approving Assessment Reports

When an assessment is ordered and ready to be published, the assessment will be sent to the supplier for approval.
When this happens, the ECOproduct contact person at the supplier will receive an email stating that there is an assessment ready for approval:

The supplier must now log in to NOBB Supplier and select ECOproduct assessments -> Pending approval.

Click on the assessment:

The following page appears, showing how the assessment will look and how it compares to BREEAM-NOR.
As with the normal view, you can also see details and the background for scores in the different categories.

You have two buttons to process the assessment further:

Approve

You get two options:

Approve and publish:
Here, the supplier can choose to approve and publish the assessment. When this is done, the assessment will be available in ECOProduct on http://nobb.no.

Approve, but do not publish:
Here you can choose to approve the report (there are no errors), but the scores and BREEAM-NOR compliance are too poor to publish. You must provide a reason for not wanting to publish and click OK.

The report is now sent back to the ECOProduct admin, and the preliminary assessment is archived with a specific status that prevents it from being published.

Reject:

This is used to reject the report entirely, which must be due to formal errors in the report that prevent approval or publication.

You must provide a reason for the rejection before you can reject the report.
The report is sent back to the ECOProduct admin for further handling, and the preliminary assessment changes status to prevent publishing. The system also sends a reminder email to the ECOProduct admin administrator regarding this.
