Automatic Check of Document Type in NOBB Supplier
NOBB Supplier has a feature that automatically checks whether a document has the correct type (e.g., FDV, Product Data Sheet, etc.). This is done using artificial intelligence. The purpose is to help users get an overview of documents that likely have the wrong document type.
If a document has an incorrect type, this is indicated by an orange triangle displayed on the document. Hover your mouse pointer over the icon, and a message will appear stating that the document probably should have a different document type.

When you click on the triangle, this window will appear:

Here, a recommendation will be shown for which document type is correct.
If you are sure the registered document type is correct, you can confirm it here, and the message will disappear.
Alternatively, you should change the document type on the document itself.
How to find documents that likely have the wrong document type
To find all documents that likely have an incorrect document type, go to the Documents menu and click on the Advanced Search tab.
In the box for Likely incorrect document type, select Yes, then click Search.

If there are documents the system has interpreted as likely having the wrong document type, they will be shown in the search results.
Please note that the document type check runs as a background job on existing documents, so it may take some time before results appear after you upload a new document.
The document type check has not yet been run on all documents in the database and will be gradually introduced in line with improvements to the interpretation service.
